Snack Food for Kids and Babies | Finch Found it!

As a quick reference, here are some easy snack foods for babies and kids.
Younger kids
- Small bites of cheese or cheese sticks
- Banana pieces
- Cut up firm tofu squares
- Veggie medley defrosted
- Peas defrosted
- Hummus (sandwiches, dips, et)
- Peanut butter
- Small bites of hard-boiled eggs
Older Kids
- Quesadillas
- Low fat ham and cheese rolls
- Dried fruit
- Trail mix
- Fruit is always a good snack idea!
- Peanut butter (sandwiches, dips, etc)
- Hummus (sandwiches, dips, et)
- Healthy baked goods (Banana bread, zucchini muffins, and carrot bars)
- Hard-boiled eggs
